Project Partner Relations
As a catalyst for social change agents and their projects, we also foster a supportive network of and for these social innovators. Our relationship development efforts include:
- Regular contact with CTA's core staff who are highly responsive to Projects' needs and questions
- In-person meetings as necessary
- Learning and networking opportunities such as trainings, workshops and quarterly leadership gatherings
- Capacity building such as support in creating annual budgets, advisory board development, HR policies, volunteer management, donor data-base management, and design of website and publicity materials
- Regular organization-wide conversations about Transformative Action as a paradigm for positive social change
